Maurice Vance grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania earning a BS in Elementary Education. This school year will mark his 19th year at Kent Gardens Elementary School. Having taught 1st, 4th and 2nd grade, Mr. Vance has experience in both the upper and lower grades. He is an avid sport and Steelers fan. Go Steelers!!! He looks forward to another exciting year in 2ndt grade!
