Mark Brock is a native Texan, born in Houston. He attended school in Virginia, receiving a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University and an M.S. in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University. Mr. Brock is beginning his 15th year at Kent Gardens and his 24th year with FCPS. Mr. Brock is a certified teacher mentor and enjoys working with other teachers. His true passion lies in motivating, inspiring, and building confidence in young learners and creating a love for reading, writing, and math. Among his favorite things are traveling and spending summers in Saint Petersburg, Russia!
